New leather furniture in the living room with 2 leather power recliners. This updated single-story 2 bedrooms 2 full bath condo is perfect for families. The Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom and the 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There are large wall-mounted smart TVs in the Bedrooms and living room with Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime.

There is a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have an open layout which is perfect for gathering around for a meal or some family fun. The living room has a balcony and a gas fireplace. The front closet is supplied with board games, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and plenty of sand toys.

You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV has to offer; pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, Fußball Table, pool tables, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property and all guests have to be registered with the security office to be on site. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
